Pitch

Currently we use "read:me" which is nested under the "read" scope, however, we probably want this to be a top level scope as "profile" which can be standardised. In OIDC we have the profile scope (along with email and openid, offline_access) to indicate that you can read the current user's profile information.

Motivation

This would also make it clear in the documentation that this is distinct from the high-level read scope, and also align us more with standards.
